In addition to traditional wedding celebrations, I have had the privilege of assisting couples with fusion weddings, such as Southeast Asian and Western. Additionally, our team has executed events with multiple ceremonies such as Jewish, Hindu or Sikh to ensure each family's faith was represented on the wedding day.

The Tranquility Package Includes:
We had a very a la carte wedding where nothing came in a package since we had a backyard/farm style wedding on private property. We brought in every individual piece from plates, tables, and chairs, to the venue structures itself including the tent and bathroom. Brianne coordinated the delivery with all our vendors the week leading up to the wedding. We were so glad to have her help with those logistics since we couldn’t be there during the week of vendor deliveries due to work, crafting last minute decor, putting guest details together, or greeting early arriving travelers. On the day of the wedding, Brianne was there every minute of setup. We put all our trust in her so we weren’t there at all for the process, but when we showed up we were impressed! During the wedding events Brianne ran a very smooth order of events. She came very prepared and knew exactly what to do. The primary feedback we got from our guests was that our wedding was so much fun but more importantly, we, as the bride and groom, also looked like we were enjoying ourselves. That would not have happened without our trust in Brianne being in charge!

I was frozen with decision fatigue when it came to wedding planning. My friend recommended I talked to Bri and we instantly clicked! She was able to find us the BEST vendors for our day even when we were on at time crunch. I can honestly say our wedding would have been DRASTICALLY different (not in a good way) if it wasn't for Bri. She was there for the rehearsal and day-of making sure everything ran smoothly and taking on both little/big tasks so they didn't fall on our families. Bri was so easy to talk to and reach whenever we needed her. I even had a moment of panic while making decisions and she went out of her way to meet with our vendor and take some of those decisions off of my plate. Just knowing she was there to answer our questions, offer suggestions, and ensure we weren't missing anything was such a stress relief.

We used Brianne for her day of coordination services for our wedding in October. We were so incredibly happy with all the help she was able to provide, she really was essential in tying up all the little details and making sure everything stayed on track all day long. It took an incredible amount of stress off my shoulders on the day and she really allowed me to be able to enjoy every moment of my wedding. We proudly will donate wedding event flowers on behalf of the newlywed couple to a local organization following their event. Beneficiaries have been Beacon of Hope Hospice; Genesis Clarissa C Cooke Hospice House ; Manor Care Nursing Home; Genesis East Hospital. Additionally, we were honored to donate 50 guest blanket/wraps to the Iowa City Animal and Adoption Center.

Absolutely! We love when couples getting married have a great support system. However, their recommendations and assistance are not based off experience in the wedding industry. They won’t know all the reputable vendors in your area. Nor will they know if they have a pattern of good communication, reliable service, and their work style. All factors a Master Certified Wedding Planner takes into consideration before offering a recommendation.
Q: Can’t my family and friends help me plan my wedding?
We don’t offer Design Services or rentals but can recommend reputable vendors to make your dream wedding come to life. A Wedding Designer focuses on your overall vision for your wedding day which includes color palette, floral, linens and room layout. They will assist with sourcing the materials to create your wedding aesthetic.
Q: Do you offer Design Services or rentals?
Simply put, a Wedding Coordinator’s job is to help YOU plan YOUR wedding day and help with the execution of the event day from start to finish. A Venue Coordinator is an employee of the venue and is responsible for the set up of the space, confirm all obligations are met by the Venue for each event, and that you as the renter follow the guidelines they require for the space.
Q: What is the difference between a Wedding Coordinator and a Venue Coordinator?
As your Master Certified Wedding Planner my job is to ensure that every detail from start to finish is taken care of for your wedding day. We take the guesswork out of the planning process no matter if you are detail oriented or not. This includes making sure you stay on track with your planning, providing vetted reputable vendors in your area, creating a wedding day timeline, assisting you with the execution of your wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception, reviewing Vendor contracts, and being a point of contact for your family and Vendors on the wedding weekend.
